Part one of the series looks at a shift that was beginning to happen in the Jewish religious world. Those who experienced this shift and decided to follow it were the first Christians.
The first criteria that set these first Christians apart is baptism and empowerment by the Holy Spirit to be a witness of the Gospel of Jesus.
